Paid for a day pass up use an elliptical for minutes and minutes on treadmillWent to different machines just to get one with a TV workingAnd gave up on finding one treadmill with TV that worked

I love this place very friendly atmosphere..my dr recommended therapy..and the therapy department set me up with a trainer next door at the ymca..have had sessions so far and feeling pretty good

A great facility. A lot of different type of classes for adults and kids. My son is loving the speed and agility classes. Another advantage of this location is that Trinity Sport Medicine is in the same building.
