Staff is friendly. Plenty of lockers, showersand hair dryers available. Cable..includingCNN to watch on almost EVERY kind of work out equipment. For a slightly higher price you can get tanningmassage chairs and beds.Fantastic hours

Went and signed up for my first gym membership today. Shanell was so helpful and took great care of us. She was able to answer all the questions we had, and we had alot. We are definitely looking forward to spending much time there.
